Mendocino County residents interested in ‘going solar’ are invited to attend a Solar Open House Party to learn more about residential use of solar energy.
There will be two Solar Open Houses to choose from this October.
At a Mendocino Solar Service Open House Party you can meet your neighbors; enjoy a scrumptious picnic buffet; learn how solar planning, finance, design, installation and operation ‘work;’ and tour a GRID-tied residential solar energy system.
The first free, fun event will be held in the sunbelt near Pearl Drive in Fort Bragg, on Saturday, October 18 from 1-3pm. Philo will be the spot for the next Solar Open House on Saturday, October 25, also from 1-3pm.
Studies confirm what California homeowners have already discovered: solar energy use makes a financial difference for most homeowners. Solar energy systems improve home resale values, greatly reduce or eliminate a home’s monthly PG&E bill, and offer good return on investment.
With solar growing in popularity, it’s helpful to understand how solar ‘works’ in Mendocino County, and how homeowners and homebuyers can benefit from solar.
For directions and to RSVP, please contact our Office Manager John Huxsol (707-937-1701 or admin@mendocinosolar.com). Space is limited.
